Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License and Service Purpose
Francesco Costantino grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app.
Permitted Use: Emberkin is designed exclusively for ethical parental control. Use is only permitted to monitor devices of minor children of whom you are a parent or legal guardian, or your own personal device.
Prohibited Use: It is strictly forbidden to use the app to monitor spouses, partners, employees, or anyone else without their knowledge (Stalking/Spyware). The user assumes full legal responsibility for any improper use.
Privacy and Data
You acknowledge that the app operates in Peer-to-Peer mode and that the developer does not have access to, does not control, and is not responsible for the data (videos, images, locations) displayed or stored on your device.
You are solely responsible for protecting your device and the data contained therein.
Credits System and Advertising
The Service is offered free of charge with features supported by advertising.
Users can earn virtual "Credits" by watching voluntary video ads ("Rewarded Ads").
Credits have no real monetary value, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, and serve exclusively to unlock technical features within the app (e.g., screenshot requests).
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Francesco Costantino does not guarantee that:
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free (quality depends on your local network and internet connection).
• The service cannot be technically bypassed by the minor.
In no event shall the developer be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (for example, by modifying the Firebase signaling system), without notice and without liability to you.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian State.
